We are seeking a dynamic and driven PMO Consultant to join our expanding consultancy firm in Riyadh. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants and clients to identify business needs, develop strategic solutions, and support effective implementation across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing PMO policies, processes, and methodologies to improve project management maturity across the organization.
  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight on project governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Supporting project managers and teams in aligning projects with business objectives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Establishing and tracking key project performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor success and efficiency.
  • Facilitating resource planning, project prioritization, and portfolio management activities.
  • Conducting training and mentoring sessions to enhance project management capabilities.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.
  • Optimizing project reporting and documentation to enhance transparency and decision-making.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-PgMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
