Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Treasury and Risk Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for optimising cash flow and fund raising through various debt and equity structures.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and maintain a robust treasury policy framework in alignment with best practices.
  2. Oversee the efficient utilisation of banking facilities and credit lines.
  3. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure integration of treasury operations with enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, etc.).
  4. Prior experience of corporate risk management frameworks would be an advantage, supporting the development of the Company's ERM framework and its reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 4-6 years of Treasury experience.
  • Strong Excel skills, intermediate to advanced level including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with both Internal & External Stakeholders.
