Building Services Sales Expert

Xylem is a global leader in water technology, addressing the world's most critical water challenges. As a Sales Manager for Commercial Building Services, you will lead our sales efforts in promoting our Vertical Market Approach to drive business growth.
About the Role- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products and services.
- BUILD strategic relationships with key customers and partners.
- Maintain close monitoring of the project pipeline and assist in deals closing.
- Set and monitor action plans to achieve growth initiatives.
- Establish yearly targets and be accountable for achieving goals.
- Degree in Engineering (Preferably mechanical or industrial)
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in the pumping systems of firefighting, plumbing and HVAC applications, with exposure to sales/marketing/distributors, preferably in an engineering/process control environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Sales force or similar CRM experience.
- Fluency in English required, knowledge of a second language is preferred but not mandatory.
