Golf Saudi invites applications for the position of Director of Golf Education. As a key member of our golf operations team, you'll be responsible for shaping the delivery of golf instruction across our facilities.

About the Role

This mid-senior level position is full-time and requires strong leadership and communication skills. You'll work closely with the golf team to ensure goals are being achieved and manage the club's golf events/initiatives.

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in golf instruction at internationally recognized facilities and preferably holds industry-recognized qualification with PGA, LPGA, or similar body.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English, with Arabic language skills being an advantage, and have excellent communication skills with suppliers, stakeholders, senior management, owners, etc., through a wide variety of communication methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with our vision and mission.
  • Generate interest in the sport among various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to departmental standards.
  • Support team member development and manage the personal lesson diary.
  • Coordinate, implement, and operate instructional programs.
  • Manage self and other non-PGA qualified coaching staff to maximize productivity while retaining an optimum service level.
