Sales Technical Enablement Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution designs. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale by working closely with internal teams to provide feedback, address customer needs, and identify opportunities to enhance customer adoption and ROI.
Main Responsibilities- Leverage technical accelerators to drive sales opportunities, including presentations, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and potential pilot programs with professional services;
- Participate in technical sales cadence calls and collaborate with support and professional services teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle;
- Assist in the deployment and implementation of solutions post-sale, ensuring smooth customer onboarding and addressing technical challenges;
- Deliver customer training sessions and create user documentation to optimize solution adoption and ROI;
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term renewals and addressing satisfaction-impacting issues;
- Provide technical product enablement and mentoring to internal and channel resources;
- Serve as a subject matter expert in solution designs for assigned products and services, offering suitable product recommendations;
- Monitor customer adoption and suggest enhancements to improve outcomes and satisfaction;
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to qualify opportunities, present solution proposals, and provide feedback on customer needs for product development;
- Engage internal resources to close sales opportunities and resolve implementation issues;
- Accurately complete pre-sales and post-sales documentation to support the entire sales lifecycle;
- Contribute feedback from implementation experiences to improve product offerings;
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, driving additional revenue streams.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
