- Conduct on-site emergency, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting support for customers.
- Monitor and maintain process analyzers, including chromatographs and specialty analyzers.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve instrument performance.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of analytical instruments and related technologies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in service engineering or instrumentation/maintenance engineering for field instruments.
- Strong knowledge of analytical products, including gas and liquid analyzers.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong technical knowledge of analytical instruments and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of Yokogawa field instruments, including pressure, flow, temperature, level, and wireless instruments.
- Knowledge of Yokogawa gas and liquid analyzers, including O2, CEMS, TDLS, pH, cond, DO, chlorine, and turbidity analyzers.
