Key Responsibilities

The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

You will also be coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments as required, as well as assisting in managing office supplies and inventory. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Talent Team to assist in seating arrangements for employees, and coordinate with messengers/Runners to deliver clients, Vendors and governmental stuff (Invoices/Documents) as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the same field and be able to effectively communicate with clients, employees, and visitors to address inquiries and provide information. You will also be responsible for handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
