Customer Solution Engineer

KONE is dedicated to providing innovative elevator solutions to customers worldwide. As a Customer Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying the most suitable KONE product for customer requirements.

The role involves interpreting customer specifications and aligning them with KONE's solutions, including escalators, auto walks, machine-room-less elevators, high-rise systems, and third-party equipment.

You will play a key role in developing non-standard solutions and supporting the tendering process, ensuring that all technical requirements are met with KONE's product offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending regular customer meetings, project follow-up meetings, and site coordination meetings.
  • Collaborating with Sales to find the optimal KONE product to meet customer needs for non-standard and major project cases.
  • Placing orders to the factory, including correct documentation and procedure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the elevator business or another relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.
