  6. Marketing and Events: Work closely with regional management to contribute to marketing strategies and in-store events, ensuring effective execution.
  7. Store Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are conducted in compliance with regional culture and local legislation through continuous training of frontline teams.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Retail Experience: Proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry.
  2. Customer Service: Strong background in customer and sales service, with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  3. Retail Operations: Extensive experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with solid business acumen.
  5. Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
