About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data on the KSA real estate market, providing valuable insights to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and performance data, identifying key drivers and opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key local partners, including developers, investors, and occupiers.
  3. Produce high-quality market reports and presentations, showcasing your findings and recommendations.
  4. Contribute to thought leadership publications and other content developed by the local and global research team.
  5. Collaborate with other business lines to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
Requirements
  1. 2-3 years of experience working in an international environment, preferably in commercial real estate.
  2. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  3. Excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
  4. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Social Science, or related discipline.
