Rail infrastructure coordination and management are critical to the success of our City Transport team at Qiddiya Investment Company. We seek a highly motivated and experienced Rail Infrastructure Coordinator (Senior Manager) to lead coordination and interface initiatives within our Qiddiya project, creating the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our Primary Urban Axis Project, featuring a fully autonomous rail system providing connectivity across Qiddiya. Your expertise in planning Rail projects, design development, and project management is essential in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project meetings, conference calls, and correspondence.
  • Progress Tracking: Track project progress, identifying potential delays.
  • Design Review Coordination: Coordinate design reviews with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Risk Identification: Identify potential construction-related risks.
  • Communication: Communicate project updates to internal teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Stakeholder Meetings: Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Expectation Management: Manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate project records.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical experts.

About You
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Ideal candidates possess 15+ years of experience in design management, civil engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on metro, rail, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience in major Rail projects is a must. Strong understanding of Rail transit and design management skills are also required. Exceptional leadership and project management abilities, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, will make you a great fit for this role.
