Job Description

The Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, providing information about our services, and converting inquiries into leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and experience with CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Communication:
    • Respond to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Provide accurate and engaging information about our services.
    • Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Lead Qualification:
    • Qualify inquiries and turn them into leads for the sales team.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
    • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with preparing and sending program documents.
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups between clients and the sales team.
    • Handle data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative duties as needed.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Provide feedback to the team about recurring client inquiries or challenges to improve processes.
  5. Professional Development:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest information about our services and industry trends.
    • Seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and lead conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM tools and basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a luxury service or investment-related industry.
