The Role

The Senior Content Producer will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual and storytelling identity. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee the entire content production lifecycle—from ideation to final delivery. You'll be responsible for ensuring all content meets the highest quality standards, aligns with our brand, and engages our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end content productions, including video, photography, and multimedia projects.
  • Lead filming and editing processes, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
  • Source and manage talent, locations, and production resources.
  • Oversee the creative direction and visual style of content to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 5+ years in content production, including hands-on experience in filming, editing, and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality content across various formats (video, photography, animation).
  • Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Skills:

  • Expertise in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Budget management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
