Job Description

As a Demand Planning Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts and optimizing stock levels across the country. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve commercial objectives. Your analytical skills and collaborative approach will be essential to success in this fast-paced and impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and analyze demand plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Analyze sales trends and patterns to inform forecasting decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is required. 3-5 years' experience in Demand Planning and Analytical roles are musts. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also necessary. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as ERP systems and Excel is preferred.
