Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rides Design Manager to join our design team in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of designers, engineers, and other creative professionals within the design and engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with ride vendors and internal design teams to develop ride concepts, layouts, and detailed designs in alignment with project requirements and safety standards.
  • Oversee the development and execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Drive the creative direction of projects, offering innovative design ideas and strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain design standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to integrate ride designs seamlessly within the overall theme park design.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing the design and engineering of rides or attractions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, multi-disciplinary teams, ride vendors, and supply chain.
