The role requires you to be based in Saudi Arabia, as part of the Arabian Peninsula State Region.

  • Promote Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders. Partner with physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions.
  • Support technical/clinical needs at hospitals, including therapy indications, implant support, and patient follow-up.
  • Provide technical expertise through presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct on-site education and consulting, as well as supporting the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.
  • Travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the commercial organization to recommend enhancements in sales processes, product launches, and optimize clinical support pathways.
  • Have a basic understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Ongoing technical development by staying up-to-date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.
  • Involvement in cross-functional assignments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (e.g., Nursing, Hospital tech, Biomedical …).
  • 2+ years' experience in the medical device industry and/or working in a hospital environment.
  • Familiarity with OR environments: sterilization and radiation protocols.
  • Familiarity with current products and technologies and market trends.
  • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel.
