Senior Corporate Finance Specialist

This position requires a seasoned finance professional with a proven track record in corporate finance, specifically in securing loans and managing financial operations in Saudi Arabia.

About This Opportunity
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company's financial operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Negotiate with local banks to secure loans, manage financing requirements, and maintain optimal financial liquidity.
  • Foster strong partnerships with KSA-based financial institutions and banks to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Compile and arrange all necessary documentation for loan acquisition, adhering to KSA banking regulations.
  • Ensure VAT compliance by preparing and submitting VAT returns in accordance with KSA VAT laws.
  • Oversee internal audits and collaborate with external auditors to guarantee accurate and compliant financial records.
  • Coordinate the creation of financial reports and ensure adherence to KSA government requirements.
  • Offer strategic financial guidance to senior management, supporting key business decisions.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Stay informed about KSA's local tax laws and financial reporting standards, ensuring ongoing compliance with evolving regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CFA, ACCA, or CPA certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial management, focusing on corporate finance, banking, and VAT management in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated expertise in securing and managing loans from KSA-based banks.
  • Thorough understanding of KSA VAT laws, tax regulations, and local financial documentation requirements.
  • Experience working with government agencies for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines.
