Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our organization. As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Priorities
  • Health: Our ideal candidate will develop and implement wellness programs, ensuring compliance with health regulations, training staff in first aid, investigating workplace illnesses, and managing hygiene protocols.
  • Safety: The successful candidate will create a robust safety management system, lead risk assessments, conduct incident investigations and audits, champion a strong safety culture through training and engagement, drive emergency response planning and drills, and execute environmental strategy aligned with ESG goals.
  • Fire: We are looking for someone who can lead fire prevention and protection efforts, conduct hazard assessments, and implement fire safety systems, drive fire drills, emergency readiness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Security: The ideal candidate will design and manage physical security protocols and systems, handle incident response, root cause analysis, and tech-based surveillance, train personnel, and ensure alignment with corporate ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures.
  • Align strategies with corporate sustainability objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors).
  • Deep understanding of HSE regulations.
  • Stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and contractors.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of modern safety/firefighting technologies.
