Job Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a prominent player in the travel and tourism industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering client relationships. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism industry to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  2. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and organizational objectives.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  4. Negotiate and finalize business contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with clients.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian travel market and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
