We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at DIMENSIONS. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for manual invoicing of all property projects, working on invoicing and organizing events such as the summer vibes project.

You will also be tasked with reconciling Opex PRs, working on the Boulevard World Master Sheet, and assisting with budget updates. Additionally, you will handle bank and invoices reconciliations, communicate with the AR and Collection team, and manage contracts and customers in the PropertyNet system.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for multiple manual data entries, sales reports entry and forecasting, tenants discount studies, tracking suppliers invoices and contracts, and Power BI data entry.

Requirements:
  • 0-3 Years of Experience
  • Finance, Accounting, Economics Degree
  • Technical Analysis
  • Communication Skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial operations and excellent communication skills. They will be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
