  • Serve as the primary point of contact between MasterCard Cross-Border Services and the bank, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in the remittance industry, providing insights and recommendations to keep the bank competitive.
  • Explore and establish partnerships with fintech companies to enhance remittance offerings and expand service capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the remittance industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and launching remittance products and solutions.
  • Prior experience working in the Middle East, with a deep understanding of the regional remittance landscape.
  • Familiarity with digital remittance platforms and emerging fintech solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
