Your Role
You will ensure the continuous availability and optimal performance of our critical IT infrastructure, particularly our IT clusters. This involves leveraging real-time monitoring tools and benchmarking to maintain high uptime, optimize resource utilization, and enhance system reliability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor IT cluster performance by evaluating resource utilization, system uptime, and workload distribution.
- Compare performance metrics against predefined benchmarks and industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.
- Leverage real-time monitoring tools and reporting dashboards to track uptime, response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, and resource utilization.
- Develop and implement availability management plans and strategies to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
- Participate in incident and problem management processes, focusing on identifying root causes of availability issues and implementing preventative measures.
