This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the construction industry are required. Experience with ISO standards and quality audits is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures based on project requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure quality standards are integrated effectively throughout the project.
- Document and report quality assessments, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions taken.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
