**About Us:**

A leading Top IT Product company focused on driving innovation in the banking sector.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth in the Enterprise segment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience selling software products and IT-enabled solutions, with a proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Revenue Generation from New Accounts: Participate in business planning and execute strategies to expand customer base in the Enterprise vertical.
  • Qualify and Build New Opportunities: Continuously identify and qualify new opportunities/prospects with the team, accurately forecast and execute booking, billing, and collection figures.
  • Positioning of Company's Products: Monitor, review, and provide constant feedback to team members to perform and deliver.
  • Healthy Business Relations: Build and maintain healthy business relationships with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, and create a compelling value proposition in the Enterprise segment.

**Requirements:**

  • Good understanding of Enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition.
  • Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies.
  • Experience working with SIs/Partners on large and complex deals.
