Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sustainable business pipeline to support commercial objectives and identify opportunities to qualify and close.
  • Research and define innovations in target markets to develop strategies, discover new business opportunities, and create the overall sales and business development strategic plan.
  • Focus on expanding the company's portfolio through partnerships within the industry, particularly within international markets.
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Develop a tactical marketing plan for niche sales kits and advise on delivery to appropriate industry sectors.
  • Ensure sales & distribution strategies in Account channels are implemented, controlled, and managed efficiently to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the proposal and quotation process and participate in contract negotiations throughout the entire negotiation process.
  • Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
  • Take part in the development of branding strategy and serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology/digital is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • A proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong knowledge of technology, digital, and innovation.
  • The ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and deliver propositions between companies and various software products.
  • Ability to position products against competitors and have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire.
