Job Description

Masterworks Company is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and oversee client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Account Management
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
    Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  2. Sales Growth
    Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
    Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  3. Strategic Planning
    Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals.
    Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales.
  3. Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
