About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and expansion of Lendo Inc. in the Eastern Province.
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in financial services, FinTech, or a related industry, with a strong network of clients in the Eastern Province region.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and growing our client base in the Eastern Province, leveraging your existing network and industry connections to drive new business opportunities.
  • Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a deep knowledge of Lendo's products and services, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, and conducting regular site visits and e-meetings to maintain engagement and foster loyalty.
  • You will also be responsible for leveraging your existing client network to initiate new relationships, researching and pursuing new business opportunities, and upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to add value for clients and contribute to revenue growth.
  • As a skilled communicator and relationship builder, you will provide clients with in-depth product and service consultations, guide them through the decision-making process, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience to ensure client satisfaction.
  • In addition, you will meet and exceed sales and revenue targets by actively managing client accounts and identifying growth opportunities, tracking and reporting on client engagement and revenue performance, and providing insights to the sales team.
  • You will also be responsible for addressing client concerns, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution, and fostering long-term loyalty and trust with clients by providing consistent, reliable support.
