We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Project & Development Services business line.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our P&DS team based in Al Khobar, KSA. The successful candidate will work on mixed-use building projects (mall, hotels & residential towers).

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to a Director as part of a team undertaking day-to-day delivery.
  • Support the development of the client brief and Project Execution Plans to suit the specific requirements of the project.
  • Undertake full design management and manage design teams in the development of design solutions to meet the client's expectations and budget.
  • Administer building contracts, proactively managing and confirming the compliance of contractors/consultants to the contract terms and conditions.
  • Adhere to project documentation, programs, master budget etc.
  • Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects.
  • Deliver projects with focus on time, cost, and quality.
  • Monitor and report on the contractor's progress against the contract program.
  • Manage consultant teams to ensure that the contractor's design is done in compliance with the contract and client brief.
  • Manage consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract.

Requirements

  • Degree Qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in mixed-use development projects such as shopping malls, hotels & high-rise buildings.
  • Experience in managing on-site construction in the region.
  • Major international project experience is essential, preferably in GULF region.
  • Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential (CIOB).
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
  • International safety qualification/recognition an advantage but not essential.

Location: On-site – Riyadh, SAU
