Job Title: Hotel Revenue Strategist

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hotel Revenue Strategist, where you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the hotel's brand presence.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive revenue strategy, which includes managing relationships with channel partners, analysing market trends, and optimising room rates and inventory.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a revenue strategy that drives growth and enhances the hotel's brand presence.
  2. Manage relationships with channel partners, including OTAs, direct booking platforms, and other third-party channels.
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue decisions.
  4. Optimise room rates and inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and campaigns that drive bookings.
  6. Utilise data and analytics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
  • Two to Three years' prior tenure in a similar role
  • International luxury hotel chain background
  • GCC exposure
  • English Fluency is required
  • Arabic Fluency is preferred
