Job Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Client Lead to join our team at Nielsen Consumer LLC. As a Senior Manager of Key Accounts, you will be responsible for leading key accounts and project executions for strategic clients in the vertical.

You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers the Full View of consumer buying behavior and growth pathways. Our team is dedicated to empowering businesses to make informed decisions through comprehensive consumer insights.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and service their research requirements.
- Explore and generate cross-selling/upselling opportunities.
- Demonstrate expertise across research types – Brand Health tracking, C-SAT/MS, U&A studies.
- New opportunity prospecting, taking research brief, developing relevant research proposal through right suitable research design and sample plan – aligned to the brief and business objective.
- Being involved & guiding team members in all research related stages like questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing and client presentation to drive the project smooth execution independently or with support of team members.
Requirements
- 9+ years relevant working experience. Experience in Market Research with the quantitative research projects is a must.
- Strong client focus.
- Strong understanding of research techniques to enable meaningful conversations with all client stakeholders and ensure accurate representation of the data in reporting and insights.
- Ability to understand all technical aspects of the research to carry out internal and client-based conversations.
- Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation, excellent numerical skills.
