About the Role
This position plays a critical role in leading the Operations Division, ensuring effective legal advice and guidance for business requirements. The role involves establishing the division's strategy, managing the team, and promoting cross-border trade activities. Additionally, this role requires providing legal opinions, supervising due diligence processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Operations Division, setting the strategic direction and objectives.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure effective operations.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to support business decisions, identify legal risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise the due diligence process to ensure legality in trade operations, resource mobilization processes, and liquidity investments.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, including trade organizations, multilateral development banks, and local legal service providers.

Requirements
A Master's Degree in law is essential, with expertise in trade finance related matters or international business law being highly desirable. The candidate should have at least 9 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Managerial/Leadership role, and proficiency in English, Arabic, and/or French.
