Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in our Jeddah Khayyat Centre location.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to drive sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the sales team and drive sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
  2. Act as a reference person for all staff in sale-related processes and queries on the sales floor.
  3. Provide feedback to sales team and after sale team on service delivery and sales attitude.
  4. Support in reaching business targets and ensure daily retail operations are running smoothly.
  5. Manage clients' concerns/disputes/complaints and assure customer satisfaction is consistently pursued and restored.
  6. Approve discounts as per policy and support in Rota management.
  7. Analyse business trends, identify best sellers, slow sellers, and generate business ideas to support guidelines.
  8. Perform back office activities coordination when Head of Back Office is not on duty.
