ServiceNow SPM Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SPM Lead to join our team at QBrainX Inc.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SPM, ITBM, and ITSM, along with expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and solution architecture.

This is an onsite role in Saudi Arabia, offering a great opportunity to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Architect, configure, and optimize Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ITBM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and consultants to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive ServiceNow scripting & automation using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, & Flow Designer.
• Oversee ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs & Web Services.
• Implement best practices, governance, and performance optimization within the ServiceNow platform.
• Mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.

• 8 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development & leadership.
• ServiceNow SPM Certification is mandatory.
• Expertise in SPM, ITBM, and ITSM.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting & automation.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and MID Server.
• Ability to gather business requirements, provide technical solutions, and drive enterprise implementations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
