Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support and service. As a Technical Account Lead - Cloud Operations, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with customers to ensure their AWS environments are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Cloud Architect. They will also have a deep understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple cloud technologies, including Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data, and Security.
You will be responsible for developing trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges, and using your technical acumen and customer obsession to drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges
- Use technical acumen and customer obsession to drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity
