Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abroad Work. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and well-being.

Job Overview
  1. Deliver exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  2. Collaborate with medical professionals to design personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of patients.
  3. Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy routines and disease prevention.
  4. Evaluate and improve nursing practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
  1. Screen patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and guidance.
  2. Observe and interpret clients' signs and symptoms and communicate them to doctors.
  3. Execute routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
  4. Adjust and provide clients' medication and supply therapies according to physicians' orders.
  5. Evaluate facilities and act to maintain exceptional health and safety (sanitizing equipment, disinfecting surfaces, preparing beds, etc.).
  6. Provide immediate medical treatment in emergencies.
  7. Assist surgeons during operations.
  8. Manage and educate LPNs and nursing assistants.
  9. Foster a supportive and caring environment to care for individuals and their families.
  10. Enhance knowledge and skills by attending educational workshops, meetings, etc.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a registered nurse.
  2. Excellent knowledge of nursing care techniques and procedures.
  3. Excellent understanding of emergency care.
  4. Thorough understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures (hygiene, decontamination, etc.) and readiness to follow them at all times.
  5. A team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Responsible and compassionate.
  7. Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  8. Patient with exceptional analytical skills.
  9. BSc or other diploma from a nursing program.
  10. Valid nursing license.
