About the Role

This Leasing Agent role at Flow Narjis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for driving leasing efforts, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with prospective residents to guide them through the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage, qualify, and convert leads into signed leases, ensuring high occupancy rates.
  • Be available evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate prospective residents' schedules.
  • Utilize CRMs, Excel, WhatsApp, Slack, VOIP systems, and email efficiently to manage leads and track leasing performance.
  • Capture and manage data under pressure, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to prospects and current residents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Represent Flow's values by engaging with the community, attending events, and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Be involved in the leasing process compliance, with experience with EJAR being a plus.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience leasing property is an advantage.
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to connect with clients from all cultures and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to travel between different Flow locations as needed.
