Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.
  • Monitor and control the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to maintain high standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
