About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the successful execution of our Startup Unlocked program in Riyadh and Jeddah. As a Program Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the program, including program coordination, logistical support, and community engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in regular syncs with the accelerator team to ensure seamless program execution.
  2. Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to attract top startups for the program.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, answering questions in English and Arabic, and leveraging local knowledge to support their needs.
  4. Coordinate and manage sessions and office hours between mentors and founders/startups, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  5. Plan and execute virtual and in-person social events for the batch, promoting a sense of community and connection among participants.
  6. Oversee daily remote management for the programs, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  7. Source and coordinate local industry speakers and investors to guest speak for the program, providing valuable insights and networking opportunities.
  8. Send batch emails with updates, housekeeping reminders, and important deadlines to keep participants informed and engaged.
  9. Update internal documents and tools for regular reporting and visibility, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  10. Assist in preparation for Showcases, working closely with startups, partners, and vendors to ensure a successful event.
  11. Support the global and local teams in all aspects of the program, providing administrative and logistical support as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A working knowledge of spoken and written Arabic.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong ability to navigate and build relationships.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment under pressure, with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
  • Must be able to communicate and work with a team across several time zones.
  • Work authorization in Riyadh, KSA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working internationally, with a familiarity with cross-cultural businesses.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events, with a strong ability to manage logistics and timelines.
  • Experience within the startup ecosystem, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing early-stage founders.
