Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructurue Engineering Manager to lead our structural design and analysis team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with extensive knowledge and experience in the construction consultancy sector.

This role involves overseeing the structural design and analysis of transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and industry best practices. You will be responsible for conducting structural assessments, load calculations, and finite element analyses to evaluate structural performance, durability, and resilience under various loading conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the structural design and analysis of transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, retaining walls, and other related structures.
  • Conduct structural assessments, load calculations, and finite element analyses to evaluate structural performance, durability, and resilience under various loading conditions.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on site supervision within the construction consultancy sector.
  • Professional engineering license or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in structural design, analysis, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
