About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Egress Equipment Technician to join our team in Al-Majma'ah, Saudi Arabia as an Aviation Egress System Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the provision of operationally capable aircraft in support of KFAA pilot training programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out aircraft servicing, fault troubleshooting/rectification, modifications, inspections/evaluations of aircraft systems/components and other related aircraft systems within the egress specialty at the Intermediate level maintenance of PC21 aircraft.
  • Support the KFAA mission statement and aircraft servicing schedules by carrying out workshop support maintenance servicing, fault troubleshooting/rectification, modifications, inspections/evaluations of components/test/support equipment at the Intermediate level maintenance of PC21 aircraft.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, interpretation, determinations of requisite corrective actions, performance and operational status of specialty specific aircraft systems, components, test – support equipment at the Intermediate level maintenance of PC21 aircraft.
  • Deliver Production Inspections signatory capability for authorised specific trade certifications. Obtain and maintain certifications to support specialty and aircraft maintenance functions.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and capacity building through delivery of On the Job Training (OJT) for all personnel to enable either RSAF or civilian Saudisation of PC21 Intermediate Maintenance operations.
  • Develop user expertise and become conversant with the RSAF aircraft data management and tracking computer system – AUTO LOG, MIRO Gold.
  • Comply with the RSAF Safety and Foreign Object Programme.
