Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Gardener to maintain and care for our property's plants, trees, and overall landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plant Care and Maintenance
  • Planting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants and trees to ensure optimal growth and health
Landscape Enhancement
  • Maintaining and improving the overall appearance of the landscape, including trimming, pruning, and weeding
Disease and Pest Management
  • Identifying and treating plant diseases or infestations to prevent damage and ensure the health of our plants
Irrigation Systems
  • Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering and minimize waste
Gardening Equipment Operation
  • Operating and maintaining gardening equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and other tools
Safety and Quality Assurance
  • Ensuring the safety of all plants, trees, and garden structures, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of gardening

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener or in a related field
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements
    • Ability to operate gardening equipment, such as lawnmowers and trimmers
    • Good physical stamina to work outdoors for long periods of time in various weather conditions
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification
    • Certification in Horticulture or Landscaping
  • Experience
    • Experience working in a similar role in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region
