Job RoleThe Service Technician will work under the supervision of the Regional Portfolio Manager to execute sales and operations activities. Responsibilities include understanding client inquiries, processing quotations, negotiating terms, and executing orders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in Sales and Operations:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance metrics, and execute required services.
- Client Interaction:
- Respond to client inquiries, provide accurate quotations, assist in negotiating terms and conditions with end users.
- Order Execution:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, monitor order fulfillment, and address any issues that arise.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and order details, prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
- 5 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent (written, listening, and spoken) English.
