Your Role: As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compliance strategy and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in mitigating risks and fostering a culture of accountability within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs that address identified gaps and mitigate risks.
  2. Categorize and prioritize compliance activities based on severity, impact, and urgency.
  3. Create detailed remediation plans, including timelines, responsible parties, and measurable outcomes.
  4. Engage stakeholders across departments to ensure effective implementation of compliance initiatives.
  5. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, including any challenges encountered.
  6. Establish and maintain mechanisms for ongoing monitoring of gap closure efforts.
  7. Utilize dashboards or compliance management tools to provide real-time visibility into remediation status.
  8. Monitor compliance with IT, security, and data privacy regulations.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Maintain a centralized repository for compliance documentation.
  11. Review and update compliance policies and procedures as needed.
  12. Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate IT operational risks.
  13. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability.
  14. Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  3. Experience in conducting risk assessments, developing remediation plans, and monitoring compliance activities.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  8. Experience with compliance management tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.
