Crystel is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to lead our industrial EPC projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical works, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage industrial EPC projects, ensuring electrical works are executed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with electrical subcontractors, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan and execute electrical works, including installation of MV panels, cables, transformers, and other electrical equipment.
  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Track progress and expedite electrical contractors as needed.
  • Manage costs associated with electrical works, including vendor negotiations and material procurement.
  • Perform quantity calculations and produce AutoCAD schematics and drawings.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7+ years of field experience in construction, preferably in UAE or Qatar.
  • Contractor experience is a must.
  • District Cooling Experience is recommended.
  • Previous experience as Electrical Construction Manager in industrial projects involving Medium Voltage works.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office.

Desirable Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Control.
  • Experience in Testing and commissioning.
  • Experience with Instrumentation and control installation.
