About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for driving best practice procurement and supply chain solutions, managing a team of professionals, and contributing to the strategic development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior internal and external stakeholders to engage and integrate supply chain, capturing innovation and industry best practice.
  • Manage, influence, and negotiate with key senior stakeholders to drive supply chain performance management, including market intelligence, market shaping, and supply chain resilience.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to bid strategy development, direct negotiations, and drive the tender process and evaluation of tenders.
  • Execute commercial management of contractual agreements and provide client advisory services on procurement and supply chain process and policies.
  • Deliver continuous improvements in processes through the application of best practices and lessons learned, driving transformational change.
  • Provide leadership and direction through teams/Managers, managing a large team of direct reports and driving the appropriate behaviors to achieve success and KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Requirements
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programs for a project management consultancy business.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
  • Prolevant experience of delivering package procurements and supply chain management on past projects and managing senior professionals.
