This role requires expertise in working with neurodivergent clients, addressing speech delays, communication disorders, stuttering, stammering, oral placement therapy, and dysphagia management. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care that prioritizes empathy and professionalism.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. They must also demonstrate expertise in speech delays, stuttering, stammering, oral placement therapy, dysphagia, and neurodivergent conditions.

A strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as fluency in Urdu, Hindi, and English. The ability to provide empathetic, high-quality care while maintaining professional integrity is paramount. This role is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about serving the Muslim community and dedicated to delivering culturally and linguistically inclusive speech therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct assessments and provide therapy for individuals with speech and language disorders, including stuttering, stammering, and neurodivergent conditions.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  3. Provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with speech and communication challenges.
  4. Collaborate with other therapists and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
  5. Maintain detailed progress reports and communicate effectively with clients and families.
