The Performance Improvement Coach

We are seeking an experienced Performance Improvement Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance coaching and experience working with employees at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to improve their performance and address areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve employee performance, including setting goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Area Managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience providing coaching and guidance to employees to improve performance.
  • Experience working with hourly employees, as well as exempt personnel.
  • Experience analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in additional languages and knowledge of the employment framework within the region are desirable.
