The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of capital project management, planning, design, construction, and project administration. They will be responsible for developing and defining project scopes, schedules, and budgets, as well as overseeing project contractors for feasibility/concept level studies, schematic designs, design development, permit applications, and internal reviews, approvals, and reporting.

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the civic/building sector are required. A proven track record of successfully delivering civic building projects is essential.
