Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote and sell coffee machines, vending machines, café equipment, and related products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers using prepared scripts.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure smooth coordination with the logistics team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
