We're seeking a skilled Conference Producer to join our fast-paced team, which thrives on creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from conceptualisation to execution, under the guidance of a supportive leadership team that fosters growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement impactful conference programs that captivate audiences
  • Foster relationships with industry professionals and institutions to create high-quality content
  • Coordinate with speakers and confirm their attendance for our events
  • Manage accurate speaker databases and provide timely updates
  • Prepare and present creative briefs to the Marketing team and lead telesales efforts
  • Support the sponsorship team in generating leads and attending sales meetings as needed
  • Mentor junior conference producers within the team
  • Analyse post-event results, including job title reviews
Market Research and Insights
  • Conduct research on relevant topics and engage with industry experts to develop new conference ideas
  • Collaborate with the Director and sales team members to enhance conference portfolios
  • Identify key opinion leaders and institutions related to our events
  • Develop conferences that meet our audience's needs and preferences
  • Provide lists of hospitals that excel in specialist areas related to our events
  • Explore additional revenue streams through workshops, poster sessions, and partnerships with associations
Delegate & Speaker Engagement
  • Liaise with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates on-site to maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Resolve queries and gather feedback from attendees
  • Assist with onsite duties as required, including extended working hours
